To be able to control the meanings of life and the purpose of our ascent and their feelings and thoughts -by means of meditation
by Charlotte Schirmacher Each person generates energy by each thought, each word and each feeling. The sense of this ascent for each person is to learn to remain in his own centre, in his own midst. This is only possible, while we scare away all negative thoughts, worries and doubts from our mind as Mother Maria has asked us in her announcement (see the following sides), to .turn these always into L O V E , always and only into LOVE. However my secret prescription is to be regarded to speak internally according to the word "love" as mental energy drops to my feelings and till emotions calmed down as some to one with difficulty, if the feelings come in one highly th Nevertheless, it is difficult for some One if the feelings come up in one to hold this thought of the love and thus is my confidential prescription, then to say internally according to the word "love" (spiritual emergency drops) as long as, until my feelings have calmed down. If we say, however, the word "love" to the meditation so internally loudly, it can look soporific and thus I still take other words there, like peace and joy, every word internally 3x according to reciting. With this reciting what one can do everywhere energy flows through me and this energy is increased tenfold by the new grid net and is brought by the angels where peace, love or joy is needed so urgently. Before you begin consciously with this meditation exercise, your personal angels and the spiritual world (Climbed up master, archangel etc.) ask this energy of your personal filters (as Kryon has passed, as there would be doubts to clean worries frustration, prejudices, as well as not yet worked on negative feelings of the current incarnation as well as from former). The big advantage of this kind of meditation consists in the fact that one himself also emits more love, joy and peace and then the people react also more friendly and more dear-fully to us. Also a smile if you think of something amusing, lift your oscillation and therefore the oscillation of the earth. And thus I ask every singles to deal more and more with things which create a good oscillation and " the way is here the purpose ". Every minute of our life counts from now on and each person can help here - as described above.
